Go2Soft provides the following services:

  • Internet services and web development
  • Software development and programming
  • Hardware solutions and IT infrastructure
  • IT consulting and technical support
  • System integration and maintenance

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

4. Service Agreements

4.1 Project Agreements

For specific projects, separate service agreements may be established that detail the scope, timeline, pricing, and deliverables. These agreements will be provided in writing and must be signed by both parties.

4.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes to our services.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in Euro (€) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

5.2 Payment Schedule

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, we require:

  • 50% advance payment for new projects
  • Remaining balance upon project completion
  • Payment within 14 days of invoice date

5.3 Late Payments

Late payments may result in additional charges and suspension of services. Interest may be charged on overdue amounts.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Client Materials

You retain ownership of any materials you provide to us. You grant us a license to use these materials solely for the purpose of providing our services.

6.2 Our Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of our proprietary software, tools, and methodologies. Custom developments created for you will be transferred according to the terms specified in the service agreement.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of our business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of our agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual agreement. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
